Our Mission
Founded in March 2023, the Aging Rainbow Coalition exists to ensure that LGBTQ+ older adults in East Tennessee have the support, resources, and respect they deserve. Our mission is to build a more inclusive region by expanding outreach, services, and training around the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals as they age. We do this by bringing together community members, organizations, and advocates to create a stronger, more supportive network for all.
